Even the longest journey starts with a single step...and this is mine. My first day starts with coffee and an egg and toast. The pictures I took this morning for the blog were very shocking...I didn't think I was that huge. Hopefully the ever present pics will keep me on track.
I added a fruit and lettuce salad with grilled chicken for lunch and had a three hour nap with my CPAP machine, which I have been fighting every time I put it on. If I lose enough weight, I may not need it.
I did my laundry tonight which involves 12 trips on 2 1/2 flights of stairs, so my exercise is done for the day. I start my treadmill work tomorrow. I also took my vitamins and supplements.
